Shongwe Oasis is an adults-only (16+) lodge of 19 rooms in the suburbs of Victoria Falls, a kilometre from town. It leans into calm: a beauty spa and massage parlour, an outdoor jacuzzi, an island infinity pool, and a fine-dining restaurant.
Honeymoon suites come with their own outdoor bathrooms. Every room has air conditioning, fans inside mosquito nets, a bath and shower and a verandah. Like its sister lodges it shares the two-platform lookout tower over the river and the Falls spray.
